The unit has nice glass sliding doors at the front and glass windows on four sides with internal illumination at the top, moreover, the humidity pan at the bottom helps in maintaining sufficient humidification which not only avoids roasting of the food items but also keeps them in their original texture. The unit can be placed anywhere on the front of the counter either as a free-standing or simply on the top of your billing counter.
