The lightweight Blizzard portable electric fryer just weighs 6 kilograms and comes with a plug-n-play normal plugging to make it perfect for any outdoor catering or food fests. The high-grade stainless steel construction not only makes this equipment robust but also makes it easier to clean and good in the display at the front of the counter. When the temperature of the oil is over the limited temperature, the device cuts off power automatically. When lifting the electric box, or in case of the tube being dry burned, the micro-switch cuts off the power to make sure personal safety. The equipment is supplied with all basic accessories such as mesh batter plates, lids, and baskets to avoid any extra incurred cost.
