It is designed to work in all safety for the operator thanks to the double automatic shut-off system, which activates upon lifting the lid or upon removing the crushed ice tray. The unit has small overall dimensions which combine with the large overall production capacity, making the V100 model an ideal working tool. With a production capacity of 360 kg/h, the V100 quickly produces large quantities of crushed ice. The unit is made entirely from stainless steel which not only makes it solid and reliable but also gives it a nice presentable look for any front of the house, bar counters.
