Description
The Cook Rite gas range with the oven has a practical working depth of 700 mm enough space to keep boiling pots behind while you cook in the front. The 7 kW of each gas burner sums up to 28 kW in the 4 burners or of power is fast enough for any medium-range gastro kitchen, however, in the 2 hob it is just 7kW. The equipment is all stainless steel for that required toughness as well as easy to clean. The range is mounted upon an 8 kW with a drop-down door. The GN 2/1 capacity oven has a stainless exterior finish. The oven uses Piezo ignition for the oven burner for the flame failure performance. Cook Rite 700 series of commercial cooking equipment is ideal for Restaurants, Hotels, and Gastro Pubs.
