CookRite free-standing gas fryer has a long-lasting stainless steel tank crafted in high-quality construction, with three cast iron burners. Its value is also based on its excellent performance and efficiency. The unit has auto-ignition and flame failure protection. The 16-liter oil tank capacity per tank is good enough for any medium-range commercial kitchen. The adjustable feet 150/190 mm keep the height of the fryer at the desired level and par with the height of other equipment in the line. This gas fryer is constructed with a rounded tank for easy cleaning and maintenance. The CookRite Fryer requires a 1/2″ hose connection and it is quite compatible with both NAT gas or LPG gas connections for hassle-free installation
