The unit has fan-assisted technology with separate temperature controls for each level+ that helps you to keep different food at different temperatures. The New Experience series heated display not only keep your food warm but also at the optimum temperature as approved by the FSAI food regulatory body
- This display maintains at a regulated temperature of 63˚C – 72˚C.
- Each shelf is controlled individually. Controls are located in the drop-down fascia.
- Perfect for hot rolls, pies, pastries, chicken portions, etc.
- Fan-assisted technology with separate temperature controls for each level.
- Internal shelving adjustable in height and angle for improved product visibility.
