frifri Twin Tank Electric Fryer is available in two versions to choose from:
- The Precision Version has a touchpad operation electronic thermostat that maintains oil to within +/-5 °C of the temperature selected.
- The Touch Version has a 4.3″ intuitive QPad touch screen with a programmable operation
- Total Power: The larger tanks come with 11.4 kW while the smaller one has an optional 7.5 or 9.0 kW
- Temperature range: 60°C to 190°C
- Gravity Filtration: Yes, with an option to upgrade to pumped filtration
- Product Output per Hour: Upto 46.5 kg to 48.5 kg fries (varies with model)
