- This curing cabinet is supplied as standard, with castors (mobile) for ease of cleaning and repositioning
- Unit is available in 3 x versions. The meat version has 2 slides “C” shaped slides and 8 Hangers (4pcs each level) which is suitable for cured meat. The cheese version has 8 slides “C” shaped slides and 8 rilsan GN2/1 shelves. The basic version has3 slides “C” shaped slides, 2 s.s. GN2/1 shelves, and 4 Hangers suitable for cured meat.
