The Fruilinox thaw cabinet CTPG1A brings the frozen products to a positive temperature in a controlled manner, respecting the HACCP rules. The Fruilinox thawing cabinet uses a temperature probe at the core of the product which allows optimal defrosting of your product. Once your product is fully thawed, the cabinet will then maintain it at a chilled storage temperature. This will continue until you decide to interrupt the cycle.

This cabinet switches from a freezing temperature to a chilled storage temperature (+2°C default and adjustable) very quickly. And in accordance with HACCP makes this equipment indispensable in the production planning cycle. It also reduces the risks related to bacteria’s exponential reproduction. There is also the possibility to hold defrosted food for a longer time than normal defrosting methods.
