Fan-assisted hot cupboard bain-marie top provides even heat distribution, fast heat-up and recovery times, and lower energy usage. Fully 1/1 GN compatible hot cupboard for operational efficiency. Units are available to take 2 x 1/1 GN up to 150 mm deep, however, the larger units have greater capacity and could hold up to 5 x 1/1 GN per shelf depending upon the model. Thermostatically controlled Bain Marie top can be operated with wet or dry heat. The drain tap located inside the hot cupboard allows fast and easy draining
