The Inomak Bain Marie hot cupboard has a High-grade AISI 304 stainless steel exterior & interior finish and is a good option for holding sauces, gravy, and pre-cooked dishes. These 5 Wells Gastronorm Bain Marie have a large cupboard beneath with an optional ambient or heated version to act as a full buffet counter. The Inomak 5 Wells Gastronorm Bain Marie is also available in smaller 3 and 4 wells to choose from in case you are looking for the larger versions
