The EVO from Ilsa is a countertop blast chiller/freezer which is perfect for smaller commercial kitchens or even domestic environments.
Measuring only W475 x H220 the EVO can fit into the smallest of spaces and offers blast chilling of up to 7 kg and freezing of up to 5 kg.
There is also an option for a core temperature probe which can even be specified in a range of colors to bring some life to your kitchen.
