The Ilsa Pastry Refrigerated Cabinet EN2 (600 x 800) has stainless steel AISI 304 monocoque structure with a Scotch-Brite external satin finish, moreover, these units have 75 mm high-density HFC free polyurethane foam insulation (40kg/m3) for the body and 65 mm thickness for the door which makes them maintain the temperature for a longer time. The longer stainless steel adjustable feet h120/150 make it easier to adjust with other commercial equipment. The inside of the cabinet has rounded internal edges for perfect cleaning and hygiene, apart from this the hot gas defrosting and condensation water evaporation system makes it easier the maintenance the unit. Standard humidity regulator in the TN version also the stainless steel racks with 20 pairs of slides for 600 mm x 400 mm or 600 mm x 800 mm pans.
