Fast and efficient, the IMC 825 Food Waste Disposer with or without air break enables medium-sized kitchens to remove waste quickly and simply. It is able to dispose of 600 kg of food waste per hour and handles up to 1350 covers per sitting, making it ideal for hotels, schools, and hospitals.

The 825 Waste Disposer is suitable for tough waste red meat bones, cauliflower stalks, and fish skins. With a compact design, the unit can be welded into a table, making it quick and easy to load, saving staff time and labor. The unit also features interlocks, for enhanced operator safety.
