Infrico’s new efficient line of seasoning refrigerators has improved design and robustness while maintaining the same volume capacity and standards. These Seasoning Refrigerators work on healing and seasoning reach-ins mechanisms, with inner heater resistors which are ideal for sausage production installations. The New design has a  double handle door for ease of use. In addition to the hinged doors for automatic return and permanent pressure while closing. The automatic return, however, gets free when the opening is exceeded 95º.  Insulation by free CFC’s polyurethane of thickness 55 mm for extra insulation having low toil on the environment.
