The Inomak Counter Top Bain Maries can hold sauces, gravy, and pre-cooked dishes. The equipment has an inbuilt digital controller with a temperature display henceforth convenient for setting the appropriate temperature of the unit

Although the Inomak MAV series are open-bain-marie, they have a variety of versions such as the sneeze guard, double sneeze, and closed versions. These upgraded versions not only safeguard the food from contamination but also come as proof for any dusty-windy outdoor environment.
