Inomak Hot Cupboards with Plain Tops are manufactured from high-grade 304 stainless steel with fan-assisted convection and a perforated shelf. The equipment has double-wall doors insulated with pressurized polyurethane foam which prevents heat loss from the cabinet and therefore uses less energy than the normal hot cupboard. Apart from this the perforated sheet allows passes of convection heat for even distribution of heat inside the cabinet. The high-grade 304 stainless steel construction gives the equipment corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.
