The KROMO Aqua50 Restaurant Dishwasher comes in two versions. You can purchase with a drain pump or a gravity drain. This is an option to suit every commercial kitchen pre-setup. The drain pump is mostly recommended when the drainage system is situated at an elevation otherwise gravity drain can also work better.
