The Opus 4 Burner Gas Range has powerful 7.5 kW dual concentric burners for focused heat distribution from a fast boil to a low simmer and also a 6.8 kW Oven. At 600 mm wide it will fit into the tightest of spaces giving you the power that you need even if your kitchen is tight. Opus 4-burner gas range has double insulated door, side, and back panels for safe operation, efficiency, and economy. Individual heavy-duty single-cast iron supports to withstand the rigors of the busiest commercial kitchen.
