The Opus 800 electric hotplate oven range combines power with versatility. Suitable for a variety of busy commercial kitchens, from large pubs and restaurants to large hospitals, school canteens, and care homes, the oven has powerful 2.6 kW heavy-duty cast iron square hotplates to deliver fast but responsive heat. The large oven enables chefs to cook six different foods simultaneously. The oven’s fully pressed sealed hob makes for easy cleaning.

The Lincat Opus 800 electric hotplate oven range is available in two models based on the number of their hobs. While OE8008 has more powerful 21.6 kW ratings and comes with 6 square hobs, OE8010 has 14.4 kW power and consists of 4 square hobs.
