The compact 400 mm wide design makes it suitable for places where counter space is at a premium. The Food is displayed on four ‘easy to remove’ tilted shelves within the two compartments. There is a hot air curtain at the front to minimize the loss of heat and enhance efficiency. The electronic temperature control maintains the temperature at +/-1°C and prevents the food from spoiling.
