Mareno chrome gas griddle plate gas fry-top with smooth sloped hotplate made of stainless steel. This unit is heated by means of 3 steel burners with stabilized flame, having 2 branches and 4 rows of flames, and complete with pilot flame and safety thermocouple. The gas supply is controlled by a thermostatic valve with adjustment from 110°C to 280°C. Safety thermostat trips in the event of a working thermostat malfunction for extra safety and precautions.  The automatic ignition by battery-operated electronic lighter ensures no flame failure, while the two holes in the appliance for fat run-off and 2 collection drawers with a capacity of up to 3 l. each. The unit can be installed on refrigerated bases for heavy gauge shelves for operation, and comes with a shovel and scraper for cleaning the hotplate supplied.
