The Mareno 900 Series 4/6 Burner On Gas Oven for Hotels is the ideal companion in a busy kitchen where power in cooking is a requirement. This model allows you to cook using 10 kW Burners and also simmer items using adjustable valves.

The pilot burner and thermocouple are located underneath the main burner body, protected from accidental impact and spills. Hob features radiused corners for ease of cleaning and pan supports in RAAF enameled cast-iron.  The oven’s inner door is stainless steel, also with a labyrinth seal. The appliance is also equipped with height-adjustable feet in stainless steel.

• The appliance comprises 4-6 sealed double-crown burners with a maximum output of 10 kW. Safety tap with thermocouple for continuous output control from 2.5 to 10 kW. Main burner ignition by means of the permanent, low-energy pilot burner (170 W).
• GN 2/1 8 kW gas oven with thermostatic control valve providing temperature adjustment from 50°C to 300°C. Burner with stabilized flame complete with pilot flame, safety thermocouple, and piezoelectric ignition.
