The Mareno high-temperature gas solid top is all made of High-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, which gives it resistance to rust and prolonged durability. The upper top of this equipment has a further 20/10 mm thick steel designed for back-to-back alignment and to accommodate the water column accessory. Radiant hotplate in heavy-gauge cast iron with fins for optimum heat diffusion. Gas supply is controlled by a thermostatic safety valve, along with an automatic piezoelectric ignition to ensure there is no flame failure. The equipment is available in two versatile versions with a full hot plate or partial hob to choose from, while the two hob versions NS98GD have a Hotplate and comprise 2 sealed burners
