The Maxima heavy-duty flat-top single gas grill plate is a countertop griddle with an excellent cooking surface area. This unit is suitable to cook burgers, meats, pancakes, eggs, and many other products with consistent results, moreover this unit has all access from the front panel which makes it very convenient to use even during the busiest operation hours whereas the flush top setting with secure fixing screws makes it easy to clean and maintain at the end of the day. This unit is also available in an upgraded chromium-coated version which not only saves you on power but also prepares your menu quicker, henceforth quick service, more sales, and reduced running cost
