The Maxima countertop Induction Wok burner is specially designed for home and professional use.  Operated by a digital touch panel this unit can go up in the temperature range from 60°C to 240°C. Portable and versatile for Asian-style dishes such as fast food, noodles, and Manchurian dishes, this appliance can also be used to cook, boil, or reheat high-temperature stir fry.

This product has been optimized for energy efficiency by using induction technology. The energy-efficient induction process delivers 90% efficiency compared to a typical gas hob at 50%. In other words, you can reduce your energy consumption by up to 45% by switching to induction.
