The OEM gas deck Pizza oven offers you “Clean” baking with the power of gas! Carefully designed this SG static gas oven will guarantee a high output of Pizza and most importantly high quality. The special build specifications mean that you can rely on perfect, even bake-producing crispy pizzas just like those baked in a wood-fired oven, but without the risk of microorganisms, excess moisture, and burning.

• The burners are arranged so that the heat is directed towards the roof of the oven that in turn radiates it back towards the pizza.
• Separate temperature control
• Can hold up to 4 x 12″ pizzas per deck, produce up to 96 pizzas per hour on the 2 decks or 6 x 12″ pizzas per deck,  and produce up to 144 pizzas per hour on the 2 decks for SG/96/2
• Maximum operating temperature: 400°C
• Overall Dimensions: 1110/1410 mm Wide x 875 mm Deep x 500/1300 mm High (including stand).

The special configuration of the stainless-steel baking chamber and heating system allows the stacking of two ovens and form a twin deck SG/66/2, though the option of a larger gas deck pizza oven SG/96/2 with a stand is also available
