The Opus heavy-duty gas Chargrill (also referred to as a charbroiler, or simply broiler) is a commonly used cooking device consisting of a series of grates or ribs that are heated from beneath the cooking surface – which can be also referred to as an under-fired broiler. This Chargrill has a series of long evenly spaced metal ribs over a large combustion chamber with Infra-Red burners with deflectors. This type of device is used for a variety of cooking operations.

The chargrill comes with heavy-duty cast iron branding grids with a reversible design for uninterrupted cooking. This also allows self-cleaning at maximum power. There’s also flame failure protection for added safety.
