The Rollergrill Convection Bakery Oven FC110E combines the ventilated heat and steam production essential for baking bread.
The reversible turbine with an in-built engine cooling system alternates rotation every 2 minutes, and can also be used in half of the power for cooking items such as puffs, meringues, muffins, etc. to ensure power-saving and optimum cooking conditions. The temperature rise of this 110-liter electric oven is remarkable at 300°C in 10 minutes! The ventilated heat function ensures a warm air mix to quickly defrost food or heat dishes. A preset operation injects steam while the oven is at a high temperature to obtain perfectly smooth and original cooking.
