The temperature rise of this Electric Griddle is less than 10 minutes. Decarbonized steel of sufficient thickness sears meat, fish, and vegetables thanks to the high-quality polish.

After less than 10 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches an even temperature over the cooking surface thanks to an Incoloy heating element.

This professional Rollergrill Electric Griddle can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions as well as fried eggs, and omelets.

After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is possible to deglaze the still-hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes.
