Ideal either for self-service in front of the house or for holding food ready for service in the back of the house, the Chip Scuttle is designed to provide a continuous supply of chips and other fried food, quickly and easily. Heated from above and below to maintain an even temperature, the scuttle has perforated drain plates to remove excess oil and ensure chips are as crisp as possible. The fact that both the drain plates and the tank can be removed makes the scuttle very easy to clean. The scuttle also has adjustable temperature control and is great for schools, colleges, restaurants, hotels, and cafes.
