The hard-wearing 12 mm thick steel plate also provides even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. The griddle is thermostatically controlled to give accurate temperatures during the cooking process for consistent results. The removable front drainer drawer makes it easy to clean. The plate is fully welded into the frame which prevents leaks and dirt traps.

Silverlink 600 electric smooth griddle is also available on a chrome surface which heats up quicker than standard griddles with less energy loss as well as reduced energy radiation. this will keep the kitchen cooler for staff and reduce pressure on the ventilation system while keeping extra heat up on the surface.
