The MB40 TECHFROST Roll in Blast Chiller is designed for trolleys capable of holding up to 20 x 800×600 trays, it can also hold GN 2/1 sizes. The useful internal dimensions are 650mm Wide x 840mm Deep x 1900mm High.

TECHFROST Master Line commercial blast chillers/freezers are designed and made by a professional blast chiller manufacturing company in Italy, this brings you not only high-standard quality but also one of the most precise units. Master Line is equipped with a  5 to 7-inch ‘full touch’ control board. It is very easy to program and use.

The TECHFROST Master Line commercial blast chillers/freezers have some useful options such as Drying, de-icing, raw fish sanitation, *proving and low-temperature cooking, and *sterilization. This can make it more than a blast chiller unit but a perfect companion in your commercial setup for a long-lasting reliable machine.

*Sterilizing and Proving functions are an optional extra.
