The Unifrost refrigerated pizza itemizer prep station has 566-liter capacity storage and can also accommodate 9 x GN 1/3 Pans. It can also be used for salads and sandwich prep. Other GN Configurations are also possible using GN 1/2, GN 1/3, and GN 1/9.

The PST1700 is widely used with pizza chains & franchise operators because it is designed for maximizing pizza, salad, and sandwich preparation.  Very useful air-cooled dual-zone top,  also with two insulated lids, that will accept 1/3 and 1/2GN pans. Preserves meats, dairy, and general produce by storing items per the FSAI Food Storage Guidelines.
