The pasta multi-cooker allows the caterer to use a mixture of standard gastronorm containers and baskets according to the menu being offered. A rear tap unit connected to the water supply allows for ease of filling and assists with the removal of starch when cooking pasta. The thermostatic temperature regulator operates with a separate switch to vary the desired power in order to bring optimum temperature according to the food. The unit allows the user to connect with the wastewater system so that you can manage the water drainage easily
You can also add an additional set of 6 small baskets of dimensions 128 mm x 90 mm x 210 mm. These rectangular baskets are food-grade stainless steel, welded and strengthened at the strategic points & fitted with a black insulated handle, and designed to fit the VMC & Liguria range of pasta and noodle cookers (all versions).
