The EBI 20 data logger series makes it very easy for measuring and recording temperature. The logger has a large display panel (LCD), is powered with a lithium battery, and can be programmed using a PC, moreover, the interface, which is included in this kit, is required for programming the data loggers, along with a write/read program on the PC (“Winlog. x”, included in this kit).
This temperature data logger is perfect for commercial kitchens, and also food factory applications. It will maintain a good HACCP system for your cold rooms, freezer rooms, upright fridges/freezers, and dry goods storage. Once set up it will automatically track and log temperatures.
