Terms and conditions of sale for online ordering

Delivery policy:

Delivery times stated on this site are for indication purposes only and may vary.

All items are quoted for box delivery only. This does not include unpacking, positioning, or assembly of items.

‘On-Site Services’ which includes unpacking, positioning, commissioning, and on-site training of your new product, are NOT included but can be quoted on request.

Delvo holds no responsibility, or is liable, for any compensation in case of deviations from the indicated delivery times.

Email or phone support is available during normal office hours.

We do not accept responsibility if the machine cannot fit through doors.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check if the unit will fit.

If the delivery cannot be completed it is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery of machines will be to the ground floor only & does not include negotiating stairs or a lift.

Shipping Costs:

All orders over the value of €150 inc. VAT are eligible for free shipping in the Republic of Ireland.

Orders under this value will be subject to a delivery charge of €30.75 inc. VAT.

Price will be determined  for items purchased outside the Republic of Ireland on request.

Installation and user manual:

Always read carefully and abide by all the instructions contained in the manual. Professionally and authorized personnel is strictly required for the installation.

All appliances, extras, and spares must always be installed and used in compliances with the instruction and warnings which can be found in the user manual or installation drawings

The customer is responsible for the proper installation and proper use of purchased items

Warranty policy:

All units supplied by Delvo have at least a 1-year warranty on parts and labour.

The warranty covers faultiness due to defected materials or manufacturing flaws. Warranty excludes consumable items such as door seals, air and water filters, bulbs, glass and infrared elements.

The warranty covers are limited to the repair or replacement, including labour charges of defective parts, however, the seller reserves the right of complete replacement of the equipment in certain cases.

Warranty calls will be made within 48 hours of notification, they would be carried out during normal working hours MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8 AM – 5.30 PM. This does not include for Bank Holidays or Weekends.

Warranty calls for items over 30kg will be attended to on-site. Warranty call for items under 30kg would need to be brought to our service center on the Malahide Road if service is required.

The warranty does not cover any economic loss, profit loss or any indirect, consequential loss occurred. The supplier or the manufacturer is not liable to compensate any of the loss apart from repairing the item under warranty terms.

The warranty is Null and void if:

In case of improper use, mishandling, or not installing as per the installation instruction

Service work is undertaken by an unqualified or unauthorized person.

Repairs are made by using components not supplied or authorized by the manufacturer or seller.

In case of denial of the right to inspect equipment subjected to frequent failures and excessive warranty claims

Abusive (verbal or threatening) behavior by the customer

Equipment not paid for within the terms and condition of the supply

The seller reserves the right to void labour warranty to the equipment sold outside Ireland and may charge thereof.

Return policy:

The customer can anytime return the goods if they are not satisfied within 30 days from the date of delivery.

After 30 days the company won’t accept any goods returned under any circumstances.

Our returns policy is a 10% restocking charge if items are unopened and packaging is intact. There would be a 25% restocking charge if the unit has been unpacked and not damaged or used in any way.

It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange the item to be returned at our Malahide office


Caterbox Ireland is committed to meeting the requirements of the European Union (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2014. These Regulations require producers of electrical and electronic equipment to finance the takeback of WEEE resulting from products that we place on the Irish market. This helps us to ensure that WEEE is reused or recycled safely. In line with that commitment Caterbox Ireland will take back WEEE from you free of charge.

You also have a role to play in ensuring that WEEE is reused and recycled safely. So, if you choose not to return WEEE to us then you should not dispose of it in your bin. The crossed out wheeled-bin symbol on the product reminds users not to dispose WEEE in the bin. You should ensure that the WEEE is collected separately and sent for proper treatment. WEEE contains hazardous substances and if not managed and treated safely it can cause pollution and damage human health.

Modification of Terms:

The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without any prior notice. Changed terms will become effective once posted on the Website, and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through this Website. Your continued use of this Website after any change means you have accepted the changed terms and conditions.


As a condition of use of this Website, you agree to indemnify us from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorney’s fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of this Website, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of these terms and conditions.

Indemnity on the use of products purchased from our company:

All the products and their features are indicated by the manufacturers and mentioned on our website as per their guidelines and specifications.

The company holds no responsibility in case of any deviation of product or features as stated before or after the purchase of the product if so occurred.

The company holds compensations and loss limited to the price of sales good only provided all the terms and conditions were followed as stated on the company website. 

The company is liable to service, fix, repair or get repaired the products sold by themselves and are under warranty.

In no case company is liable to compensate or replace the faulty item if it is repairable, however, the company out rightly rejects its liability and hold no responsibilities in any form in case of loss or void of warranty occurred due to lapse of time or mishandling.
