The Atosa Refrigerated Pizza Prep Counter has 566-liter capacity storage and can also accommodate 9 x GN1/3 Pans. It can also be used for salads and sandwich prep. Other GN Configurations are also possible using GN1/2, GN1/3, and GN1/9.

The MPF 8202GR is widely used by pizza chains & franchise operators because it is designed for maximizing pizza, salad, and sandwich preparation.  Very useful air-cooled dual-zone top,  also with two insulated lids, that will accept 1/3 and 1/2GN pans. Preserve meats, dairy, and general produce by storing items per the FSAI Food Storage Guidelines.
