4mm Thick Stainless Steel Pizza Plate. This heavy base gives you the temperature and time needed to cook restaurant quality pizza in your home or in a conventional oven. This product is suitable for both home and commercial use.

304Q Stainless Steel is a non porous, non corrosive material. This material is used in almost every commercial kitchen in the world.

Suitable for Baking Pizza and Bread, you can now use your oven at home to make Pizza as good as any house in New York.

Machine Washable. If you are using Cast Iron or Carbon Steel material then you will need to treat the surface using salt and oil. Also you can not wash in your dishwasher. But with stainless steel there are no issues here, wash away.

Stainless Steel is the least conductive metal alloy. This might sound like a bad thing when it comes to cooking Pizza BUT it is actually a good thing. Ok it will take longer to absorb heat, but no longer than it takes to preheat your oven. Once stainless steel is fully preheated it will hold temperature for longer due to its low conductivity.
