Banks free standing gas Fryer professional Hi-output gas fryer with a long-lasting stainless steel tank has quality crafted construction, an option for three or four-tube burners, a high heat baffle system, a cool zone, and also a ball-type drain valve. Its value is also based on its excellent performance and efficiency. The unit includes Nickel-plated two baskets with blue plastic coated handles, a very accurate thermostat, and a safety cut-out stat. The equipment has an oil tank capacity of 23 Litres. It comes with two rear castors for easy movement whenever required. This gas fryer is constructed from a 1.5 mm stainless sheet for longer durability, which is why the equipment has a three-year tank warranty. Each tube burner has a power of 8 kW each, which is powerful enough in its segment with 3 & 4 burner models available.
