The Lainox Naboo combi steamer operates on a 3.5-inch (LCD – TFT) color display for displaying your favorite programs, pre-set programs, or even to control the fan speed, automatic cleaning mode, or operate menus, and other settings.
Moreover, these units are also available with an optional boiler or steam generator unit. The advantages of steam combined with the benefits of convection heat give you shorter cooking times, a reduction in shrinkage, and also intensive aromas.
