Lynx wet well Bain Marie keeps your sauces, soups, and gravy at the ideal serving temperature. Comes with 1/4 100mm deep gastronorm(GN) and lids, with different wet-well versions. Designed to plug in and play, the Lynx  Electric Wet Bain-Maries are highly portable and can be brought out as and when required, making them perfect for event catering and food festivals. The wet heat method of this Bain Marie makes it gentler on delicate foods such as Hollandaise sauce and cream-based sauces. However, it can also be used as a dry heat Bain-Marie.  This Bain-marie is a wet well however it can be used as a dry well also.
