Description
The Blue Seal six burner gas range oven has 750 mm deep for enough space to keep boiling pots behind while you cook in the front. The 5.8 kW of each gas burner sums up to 34.8 kW of power is fast enough for any medium-range gastro kitchen. The equipment is all stainless steel for that required toughness as well as easy to clean. The range is mounted upon a 7.9 kW (27000 BTU/hr) with two side-hinged doors. The GN 2/1 capacity oven has a vitreous interior along with a stainless exterior finish. The oven uses Piezo ignition for the oven burner for the flame failure performance.
