Infrico Blast Chiller/Freezer redefines efficiency and precision in professional food service environments. Constructed with AISI 304 Stainless Steel interior, it ensures both durability and compliance with stringent hygiene standards, featuring sealed floors, rounded corners, and internal drain plugs for effortless cleaning. Designed for seamless integration into professional kitchens the inclusion of a heated conical probe simplifies temperature monitoring and adjustment.

With CFC-Free polyurethane insulation and a high-density structure, it guarantees optimal thermal efficiency while minimizing environmental impact with its low GWP and zero ODP effect. The polyurethane insulated door, equipped with heavy-duty hinges and triple chamber snap-in gaskets, ensures a tight seal for temperature consistency, while the heated door frame prevents ice buildup.

Offering versatility, it comes with 14 stainless steel trays compatible with standard sheet pans, and optional features such as adjustable legs cater to diverse kitchen setups. The refrigeration system boasts a user-friendly control panel, facilitating precise temperature management and up to 99 customizable cycles. Its forced air system enables rapid blast chilling and freezing, preserving food quality efficiently.
