Professional, heavy-duty combi steamer with powerful stainless steel heating elements have complete and efficient heat distribution apart from this the unit is equipped with 1 fan with Reverse function and an Athermal double glazing Door sealed with a rubber gasket of food-grade silicone. This not only enhances the efficiency of the unit but also reduces energy waste. With Full digital controls and displays and 10% – 100% steam with a temperature range from 50°C to 270°C with a pre-heat temperature of 180°C
